I have ordered many special order kits, never paid for shipping and received the kit within two weeks. Their prices beat all on line prices. There is a competitor that gives out discounts up to 40%, however the price was jacked up 30 to 40 %, which is no deal and they don't special order kits!
Came in looking for Gundam models, while the selection isn't huge they carry some very nice models and even premium kits. The service was very nice they answered my questions and the owner even gave some modeling tips. Loved the vibe here defintly will be back!
This hobby shop has the worst customer service and repair service is beyond terrible! I brought my RC car in to be fixed on a Wednesday, by Friday they had not even attempted to order the parts like they said they would. When I spoke with them on the phone they said I had to get the parts. So I did, I brought it to them. An hour later they called and said it wouldn't work with that part. Neat store I took my son into this store. I didn't know much about everything but he was in heaven. It was bigger then I thought it would be. Lots to look at and everything you could ever need for models. I suggest cheacking it out.
