RecommendedIf your into Rc or need a model kit to kill some time, this is the go to place. Lacks the (Rpg) gaming section that other Hobbytowns have, but does carry dice. One staff member in sight, but he was a true pro when a surge of customers came through.

The reason local business are failing. Called to ask about a product, short, choppy conversation, and felt the guy couldn't be bothered.. Sorry you're too busy to give solutions verses "No we don't have that". Lost some local business today to an online competitor who was willing to have a 6 minute conversation (including my hold time), to answer a couple questions, and offer up other options.
Diffcult, Bought a traxxis dual charger less then a week ago and the right side was not charging out of the box. Brought it in so they can check it out and they agreed something is not right. I had my original receipt and they would not exchange it. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to talk with me. Suggested i leave it there and wait for the warranty company. I called traxxis, they offered to replace the unit and over night and apologized for this sorry excuse of a hobby shop...
It was the first time we went there and it had just what we were looking for! Amazing customer service as well.
