Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Is this provider's business conveniently located? They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile both to see the doctor and to get lab work done. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
