RecommendedStaff including management needs some training on diffussing a situation and not to confront a customer in regards to possible theft. Getting in someone's face and antagonize them on is not safe you the employee or customers. And the 2 team leaders/managers watching and allowing this behavior of your employee shame on you. Step up be an example. Safety first this situation that just happened in Hemet could have become very serious and avoided.
Excellent store where the employees are helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and very clean.My wife and I will continue to shop here and compliment this store …..

I enjoy having Hobby Lobby in town. The staff has always been kind and helpful. My only gripe would be the coupon, one per customer and one per transaction. This is the reason I go to Joanns first.
I brought in a large print to have it framed. They did an absolutely amazing job! The title of the print was at the bottom. The young man actually cut out part of the mat & made a little "frame" around the words. It turned out stunning! I was especially grateful, since this picture was for the wife of my recently deceased brother. Thank you Hobby Lobby, for going above & beyond my expectations.
Cheap furniture!!! 6 months ago I bought 2 night tables , and one of these suddenly collapsed at night while sleeping..I went to the store without receipt expecting store credit or exchanged but NOT!! You can't do anything without a receipt and if you have it, there is only 30 days for refund. I walked out the store with my broken furniture and will never go back again!
