The customer service is terrible. I walked around the store 3 times before I found an employee. When I did both my husband and I asked the same girl at different times where something was. She told us each it was in the paint aisle. Wrong. We both at different times looked all around that aisle. She couldn’t take 2 minutes to help us find something. Forget hobby lobby I’ll go somewhere else that wants my business

Our daughter's ENT doctor is in Altoona, so whenever she has an appointment we always stop at Hobby Lobby. We just love this store. We are usually in there at least an hour sometimes more. That's why my husband refuses to go with us cause he hates sitting in the car and waiting. Just wish we had one a little closer to home. Altoona is a 2 1/2 hour drive from our home.
Love the store signs are miss leading said 30% off cake cup cake and essentials sunny side bakery essentials , got to register to pay full price for icing bags!! Not considered an essential ? Disappointed 😔
Love their silk flowers. They are so much more realistic, stem even has thorns.
