The owners have went out of there way to help me multiple times. Would go no where else for parts. Travel 1 hour to see them highly recomended....
Craig and Loretta are fantastic!!! I absolutely love going to their store, I always leave with what I went there for and usually more. They give excellent product and technical support on the stuff they sell as well as hop up parts!!! I give them a two thumbs up!!! The new location is great. One can purchase hobby supplies, visit the restaurant next door, and pick up a tasty beverage for when you get home. I have been a customer for about twenty years and have never been dissatisfied.
I've been going here for around four years and both Craig and Loretta have been really nice people and very helpful. It's not a secret that you can buy online and maybe save a few dollars (not always), but the help they provide and just plain supporting a local business trumps the dollar or two I'd save! Definitely recommend them!
Sold used and broken as new. Talked down to adults asking questions. Terrible service and try to blame the customer for their mess ups. There are plenty of better stores locally or online to go to that sell the same stuff and you will not be treated like a child.
