The disrespectful employees and filth of the store are the main reasons neither I nor anyone I know will ever come back to this store. We were incredibly offended at the rudeness and downright condescending way we were spoken to by the long haired gentleman at the counter. I have worked in customer service and management for a very long time and I would NEVER speak to any customer that way, much less someone that was carrying several items to purchase, and prepared to purchase more in the future. Been going to Hobby Haven for over 17yrs and never had an issue with the service. They do favor Traxxas so if you're in need of parts I'd call first.
