I can not recommend doing business with this company for several reasons: ( a ) Misrepresented a product. ( false advertising ). ( b ) Product mysteriously disappeared from their web site ( maybe hiding known trouble ) ( b ) Will not answer customer calls ( hide behind Auto Attendant ). ( c ) Refused to accept two ( 2 ) registered letters ( d ) Product sent back under requested RMA ( no adjustment or replacement )
