After 1 week of my dog being in their clinic, they refuse to release him to me so that I can get a second opinion on his condition. They are unfriendly and unreasonable, and they care more about money than they do about animals' welfare.

Wonderful and caring doctors and staff!
They killed my cat. Took him in for excessive vomiting, thought is was probably due to a huge hairball. Don't think they listened to anything I said or the vet tech never passed it on to the vet. Gave him IV fluids and said they found something lodged in his stomach. He died that evening from aspirating on his own vomit. After they did the autopsy, found it was an enormous hairball. Mentioned that to them when I brought him in. Killed our cat and then we still had to pay about $1500. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
