Since being in Paradise, it has been a constant struggle with pests of all kinds. Being a bit of an arachnophobe getting the best pest control is top of my priority list. Well I hit the jackpot with Hobbs. From the office staff to Caleb, our monthly service provider, they are all amazingly patient and helpful. Caleb didn't even make me feel crazy with the hundreds of questions I asked! LOL THANK YOU Caleb and Hobbs for excellent customer service and helping me with all the pest .
We hired Hobbs for service every other month on the exterior of our 5th wheel RV, because we're rural and had seen a lot of black widows, roaches, etc. outside. The services stopped all that immediately, and it felt good to know the products used were safe for our pets too. Service was always punctual, quick, and most importantly, extremely effective!! My parents live in Magalia and had a pest problem. Not living in the area, I didn’t know how to help. This company and Buddy specifically went way above to help with some unique needs that my elderly parents have, he even coordinated a cleaner come and help.
