I should have followed my instincts. Called for an oil change quote and was told $59 for "standard" but could be more based on type of oil my vehicle needed. Well, that was the first flag but still moved forward with the appointment because of convenient location. Got a call that my car was ready but was told they had to install an oil filter cap because they broke the one on my car indicating it was screwed on too tight; that charge was $61.82.
