We recently had two bathrooms renovated and a laundry built from scratch with Hobbs and couldn’t be happier with the result! From the initial consult with Kylie, to the design session with Usa, and throughout the project with Dan and the team — everything was professional, well-organised, and clearly communicated. Even when unexpected issues arose, they were handled quickly and we were kept informed the whole way through. The quality of work is excellent and the team was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
2.5 Stars. What I didn't expect. Damaged adjoining (internal & external) walls to ensuite & bathroom. Feature wall tile slightly smaller leaving noticeable joins. Otherwise a fair result.
Leigh came on time without any delays and fixed my bathroom sink taps that had issues with the washer and my toilet pump that was noisy. He checked and gave me detailed root cause of issue before finalising quote for me. Although I supplied the replacements, the price and service was reasonable, genuine and top quality service, am so pleased with his professionalism and happy that now these issues are fixed without me paying thousands as previously quoted by other plumbers.
