I took my car to have repairs on the front end, but it was returned with a gouge in the rear quarter panel. The owner notified me that there was brand new damage on the rear quarter panel (which I was not aware of). He indicated he could "air brush" it and it would be less noticeable. When we picked up the car, there was a gouge 3" wide and 10" long. Clearly, it was not there when we left the car with him, but he refused to take responsibility and fix it. Ill never go back there and you should think twice.
