We took our old fella in to meet a new doctor. He’s pretty shy and nervous in vet clinics and the last one we dealt with upset us all! Buddy was so calm with the techs and especially with Dr Newman!!! Yea!!! We now have a wonderful new vet!! Thank you Dr Newman and staff!!!
Although, I like the vet, one of the people that works up front is very rude. After waiting nine days for an urgently needed appointment, I arrived on time for the appointment and was asked to complete a medical questionnaire. After completing it, I was told my dog could not be seen because I had taken too long to fill out the form. The woman was very rude when I questioned why they hadn’t asked me to arrive early to complete the form.
It’s currently 4:17pm they close at 5:30pm the vet already left and it’s a $250 fee so she come back. My kitten is dying and $250 for the vet to come back, doesn’t not include consultation fee plus medicine and procedure fees… are you kidding me? Upon arrival the staff lacked any urgency or empathy and looked at me like I was crazy with my limp kitten in may hands they didn’t even looked at him or anything, Most horrendous experience ever.
