Went in because my Cat has been spraying and having a lot of un normal behaviors. He is a great cat, a loving cat so when I took him into the vet, hoping to ask a lot of questions I had in regards to my cat. This has been a horrible experience for me the worst place I could possibly imagine my poor little girl. She’s eight weeks old. I took her in to get a check up. She got a parvo shot and ended up getting parvo.. Now I have to take her to another vet just to save her little life … strongly would not suggest going here
We are so grateful for Dr. Newman and his staff. They were able to get us in last minute after our dog Jesse injured his eye, and everyone was incredibly kind, calm, and efficient during a stressful situation. They took great care of Jesse right away, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We took our old fella in to meet a new doctor. He’s pretty shy and nervous in vet clinics and the last one we dealt with upset us all! Buddy was so calm with the techs and especially with Dr Newman!!! Yea!!! We now have a wonderful new vet!! Thank you Dr Newman and staff!!!
Although, I like the vet, one of the people that works up front is very rude. After waiting nine days for an urgently needed appointment, I arrived on time for the appointment and was asked to complete a medical questionnaire. After completing it, I was told my dog could not be seen because I had taken too long to fill out the form. The woman was very rude when I questioned why they hadn’t asked me to arrive early to complete the form.
