My experience at Hobart Stretching Services was truly exceptional. From the moment i entered, the welcoming atmosphere from Abby made me feel right at home.Extremely knowledgeable Highly recommended.
I had a great initial session with Abby and I can't wait to make this a regular part of my general health and wellbeing routine. Go for an hour for a pretty thorough full body stretch that targets the major muscle groups in the body. This isn't meant to be a painful experience - I left feeling so limber and light as if I'd had a decent massage. Abby is very knowledgeable and professional and has helped me tremendously with my injury rehab.
So amazing!! As an athlete this helped me so much with my tight muscles and will help with injury management long term. Definitely going back soon :)
