Only scored 1 Star as zero wasn’t available !! There is a clear divide between the wonderful care provided by the Medical staff and the complete lack of care, empathy and concern of the Receptionist staff Brutal and unbelievably rude Shame on you and I found another practice
Waited on the phone for over 20 minutes the other day and then when they finally answered told me they were not taking any new patients. The least they could have done was advertised on their website or clearly had the prerecorded message on their phone say “we are currently not taking any new clients”. This was a waste of my time, the other clinics had the courtesy to pick up quickly or let me know before I even spent that long waiting.
I did a surgery with this clinic from recently, and their doctors are professional, their attitude of standing on the foot of patients and taking good care of patients’ mood really impressed me throughout the process. Their nurses and receptionists are helpful.
Dr Catherine is such an amazing doctor and lovely person. Dr Catherine is understanding and caring, explains things perfectly,, one of the nicest people in the profession. Thank you.
