0 customer service or communication skills can be found amongst the entire team. When requesting service I was told I would have someone out the next morning. Multiple days later I've received no service, and despite multiple attempts, I have received 0 updates on the situation. The only communication that has happened is because I made it happen. You would have a better shot at fixing your problems yourself than getting actual service it seems.
NO ONE answers the service phone... EVER! No, we'll be with you in a bit, we have high call volume, leave a message....just music for as long as you care to listen to it! Tech came out 2 weeks ago to check on low oil. Said he found a bunch of issues, tore it apart and put it back together...supposedly fine. The very next morning it was 50% louder than before. Came back out on Monday, found "another problem" and had to order parts for next day. Left VM at 4 he couldn't make it until this afternoon. No call, doesn't answer, VM... read more
They have repeatedly sent someone out here who says he'll be out to get a part and be back in 30 minutes. This usually means he'll not be back for a few days, if at all. We'll be told that dishwashers have been fixed (multiple at once; they are always breaking) and they don't work. Despite our facility caring for the elderly they clearly do not make us a priority.
If you have one you'll wish you had more money!
