This place is absolute garbage! Mixer is down. I called Monday morning for service. Was immediately sent a text for a “work order” and haven’t heard back since. Text them back without a response and called today, 3 days later. “I’m not sure why the dispatcher hasn’t scheduled yet” 🤷That’s a you problem! So it’s been 4 days without a response. As other reviews have said, absolutely ZERO communication. I used them because they were the only local company I could find that services my bar's commercial dishwasher model. The repairman came out and took a look at the machine on a Friday; he didn't have the right part and said they'd have it in at the beginning of the week and be back on Tuesday or Wednesday. 0 customer service or communication skills can be found amongst the entire team. When requesting service I was told I would have someone out the next morning. Multiple days later I've received no service, and despite multiple attempts, I have received 0 updates on the situation. The only communication that has happened is because I made it happen. You would have a better shot at fixing your problems yourself than getting actual service it seems.
