Purchased a Berkel slicer from Webstaurant for my small deli. The slicer started developing issues with the on/off switch. I contacted both Webstaurant and Berkel headquarters in Hartford ,CT. who directed me to Hobart in Hookset,NH as the dealership who was responsible for repair service. I made 3 phone calls over 7 weeks to try to schedule a service call. I was repeatedly told they were busy and would get to me when they could. Never used them, never will!!!!! There was a vehicle in my lane on an off ramp, and I tried to move over and he made sure I couldn't. Then when we came to the stop light, he got out of the van, and proceeded to cuss me!?!? I emailed them the company about the incident and never got a response, and the way the driver acted "go ahead and call" when I picked up my phone, I would assume he was someone of importance in the company. Truly sad.
