Our experience with Singer Equipment and the Hobart undercounter dishwasher has been extremely disappointing. Your female driver on highway 29 is horrible , riding peoples tails , cussing people out . She needs to be reminded that she is in a company van and that she doesn't knlw what's going on in other people's lives.. my husband is in the hospital non responsive so having her do that was unacceptable. I am in customer service she ahpuld be ashamed to do that representing your company . She had on a brown shirt today and was on her cell phone quite a bit .
Customer service was top notch, and the service techs really know their stuff. Could not be happier with the service.
I put in a work order for my store on 6/25. It is now 7/6. I was on hold on the phone for 40 mins before I got to talk to someone, and then put back on hold for another 5 mins. They told me it would be another week before they would get to me. The problem I have with my equipment is a safety concern, but you go ahead and take 2 weeks to come fix it!
