I called them to come look at a commercial oven we were having issues with. The first call I made, I was on hold for about 15 minutes until someone answered, not a big deal, but the conversation I had with the person that answered may have been the most unproductive exchange I have ever had with a business. Terrible service, took weeks to get a minor repair done and we took slicer to them so no fee for travel but they still charged a travel fee. When questioned they said the technician needed to travel to their facility. If you would have told me that no matter what you charge a travel fee then I would have had them come to my business and had it done right on the spot. $50 part cost me over $900 to repair.
