We own 3 Hobart commercial dishwashers. One was recently failing. After being required to give credit card info to a call center person who could tell me nothing about what it was to be used for beyond requiring it to get tech guys to set up appointment, a guy came. He made what had been functioning weakly completely inoperable, so I need to pay a second team member to handle dishes until we receive our new unit, which is not a Hobart.
