This place is the most unreliable the most unprofessional service center there is!! I have a small restaurant I am no where like some super franchise place but, I am still a business that uses the same equipment as the big boys do. Hobart out of Tampa came out initially to do a warranty repair on my brand new equipment. A week and a half later my equipment is not working at all now. I put in another service call to have them come out on the 7th of this month and I waited all day. I did not get a phone call, text or anything ... read more
Ideas you o en antes equipment with ANY kind of electrical components, don't call them. They have no clue.
