I wanted to put o stars but I couldn't submit without at least 1. It took me a month after several calls to final have a schedules date, and then ON the scheduled date, I get an email that the service date has been put off until another 5 days. I had to make special arrangements to be available, and now I have to cancel my holiday next Monday to be here. Who knows if they will actually show up. This is my SECOND experience with very poor repair service since I got this machine. Can't wait until I can buy another commerc... read more
