I gave Hobart a call for service with very specific instructions on what what was needed. No diagnosis needed, provided part numbers etc. None of the info was relayed to the tech who showed up with no parts and looking to diagnose the issue. After a month they had been on site 5 times with three different techs. None of them were on the same page. Wrong parts being ordered. At one point I was told the dispatcher was out of the office. Nobody knew why, where they had gone or when they'd return (later that day? next week?) No ... read more
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would make a great place for a parts store. They need to keep more stuff on the shelf.
