I have been trying to schedule a dishmachine conversion and start up at one of our job sites for over a month now. After a month of trying, Ray Gamboa told me on 3/8 that they would have a tech out the following week. No time or exact date provided. No one showed up!!!!! I have been trying since the middle of March to get someone to answer my emails and show up to do the service they were paid for. I have been in business for over 34 years and have never seen worst customer service. Do not use this company. Every time you call your on hold for at least a hour before you do reach any body and once you do all they tell you is a tech will be calling you back. I went through this for five days and still never received a phone call from a tech. This experience was bad!
