I called for service and the technician was very proficient and was able to fix the issue immediately. Although the trip charge to this call was an insanely amount of money. I would recommend calling and asking how much do they charge for a trip charge before having them come out.

I have been trying to schedule a dishmachine conversion and start up at one of our job sites for over a month now. After a month of trying, Ray Gamboa told me on 3/8 that they would have a tech out the following week. No time or exact date provided. No one showed up!!!!! I have been trying since the middle of March to get someone to answer my emails and show up to do the service they were paid for. Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had in my 20 year career of setting up start ups at job sites. Ridiculous!!!... read more
