All these review responses saying call customer services to rectify … I’ve been trying that for a week . I had a tech came out who gave me the wrong info - accidents happen - but I’m pissed at the company who doesn’t stand behind their products or technicians I’m about 3,000 in the hole now with no working mixer .
Do not call this people. It is total rip off.
Still waiting for a call back from them. UPDATE: After a few months I called again and got an appointment set up to repair my commercial dishwasher. The main reason for going from 1 star to 5 stars is the service technician that came out to fix the dishwasher. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He was finished in under 2 hours and had my entire motor installed and not a single drop of water leaked from anywhere.
