All these review responses saying call customer services to rectify … I’ve been trying that for a week . I had a tech came out who gave me the wrong info - accidents happen - but I’m pissed at the company who doesn’t stand behind their products or technicians I’m about 3,000 in the hole now with no working mixer .
Do not call this people. It is total rip off.
Still waiting for a call back from them. UPDATE: After a few months I called again and got an appointment set up to repair my commercial dishwasher. The main reason for going from 1 star to 5 stars is the service technician that came out to fix the dishwasher. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He was finished in under 2 hours and had my entire motor installed and not a single drop of water leaked from anywhere. Absolutely useless staff who was also very rude, parking lot stunk of marijuana, do not recommend at all. Should really be an option to leave less than one star
