This company is absolutely abysmal. They rarely pick up their phone, appointments are almost half a year away IF THEY HAVE ANY, and once they schedule you in they don’t even show up. They came and fixed my 140qt planetary mixer, I spent close to $6K on service charges, and within 3 months the machine stopped working completely. They didn’t answer any of my emails or phone calls for a follow up appointment. Shady business practices. Thankfully now there are other Hobart servicer in the Bay. Good riddance.
