Tried to cancel a booking, but looks like this business doesn't employ enough staff to manage the phones. All you get when you call is "THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE AGENTS IN THE QUEUE AT THIS MOMENT" (in caps because it's a very shouty voice) and then it hangs up. Good place was pleasantly surprised to be checked out my old dr Matthew poxon. Today
Was able to get a next day appointment for my unwell daughter when no other GP would see her due to cold & flu symptoms. Doctor Green and staff were all fantastic. Medication was delivered to our car from Amcal over the road. A great experience!
