James was punctual, thoughtful, friendly, incredibly helpful and extremely polite. Very pleased with the completed job and would absolutely use his electrical services again.
I had James come and install a new outdoor sensor light after years of issues due to the previous installation being completed incorrectly and the previous electrician refusing to come and fix the issue. James was absolutely lovely to deal with, he was on time, extremely professional and didn’t leave a single bit of mess behind. James made sure the light was functioning perfectly and how I wanted it to work (length of time to stay on, how sensitive I wanted it to be etc).
