I would give less than one star if I could. I've been having Hobart service my commercial kitchens for over 18 years. If you can get them to commit to a job, they do great work. However, their ability to administrate their office and provide good customer service has been a big issue over the years. I have experienced several "no shows." Very unresponsive, getting hold of someone is way too difficult. Just needed to get an invoice because what they ended up charging was higher than expected. This isn't a difficult request - it's not technical, it's not up to a fragile supply chain, it's not something that should take them much time. So in summary, they may charge you more than they tell you and when you call and email them to ask why, you may not be able to get hold of anyone. Good luck.

Very poor misdiagnosed problem and charged 200 dollars.

Over priced and like to throw parts at the issue. Won't have them back
