Our company recently requested Hobart to provide a repair quote. A few days later, we received an invoice for over $300—simply for the quote itself. When I spoke with Joy, she stated that it was our responsibility to ask whether there would be a fee and that Hobart was not required to disclose this beforehand. From my perspective, this reflects very poor customer service and feels misleading, if not predatory.

This place is not a place you want to work. Management never worked this job and expect you to work on broke equipment. Don't support this company, they're probably going to go under as they can't keep people. Lost 5 people in a month, I got out of there. This isn't a family place like promised. Currently, employed. I have received nothing but overwhelming praise to join this place as a career, did so and have had undoubtedly the worst working experience of my life for a company. I applied in may, got hired in the end of august. That’s me being generous. I was told by new hr that I couldn’t use a copy of a birth certificate during my hiring process that I needed the real one, fine.
