Took great care of my dog
Wonderful and compassionate doctors that are very knowledgeable. The staff are all very good and really do a good job making sure that I had everything I needed. It can sometimes be very busy, especially on Saturdays and it's always good to call ahead to make sure to get the doctor that you prefer. Always, havetc a good visit when I go.
We have taken 2 cats to this clinic and they both were taken well care of and the prices are very reasonable.
This clinic is by far the worst most professional animal clinic I could've ever dreamed of they not only didn't do anything for my animal they were rude to me and hung up the phone on me
They are so RUDE I dont think you should waist your time here I took my Dog in with my Daughter who is a as gentle as a Lamb. We walked over to look at the Dog food and the girl behind the counter Yelled at us Get away from those chairs and I said we are looking at the Dog food now the Dr. Called me and told me I can't bring my dog back because I complained about one of his workers . What a Jerk
Hobart animal clinic sucks, they gave my dog lime disease immunizations recently, when they say themselves their charts showed he had it in 2013. Now this was all discovered by their doctors after they gave him immunizations for lime, three times and they jacked him up and the process with misinformation. He hasn't recovered and it has been several weeks. They lied and said they told us he needed treatment in 2013 for a $56 dollar antibody. Like we wouldn't spend $56 to make him better? As hard as it was to take my cat today to get euthanized, they did a remarkable job making both of us feel welcome and at ease. They were very informative about the process and let me have the time I needed before and after w/o feeling rushed to say goodbye. The receptionist was very kind as well. We have been patrons of the Hobart Animal Clinic for many years now and have never been disappointed with the service we have received for our pets and the folks working there are fantastic. Had pets treated for many types of illnesses and injuries, some minor and some serious with great success and will continue as patrons in the years to come.
