Phenomenal private cooking class at House of Boateng! Chef Castro’s knowledge, skill, and passion were on display as he guided us through a number of dishes. We loved it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great experience or cooking class in Langford or Victoria.
We had the pleasure of working with Chef Castro, Isaac, and the team at HOB Fine Foods for our Staff Appreciation luncheon. We had a budget to work with and we could have NEVER imagined what the team came up with. It was fine dining at its finest! Our staff was BLOWN away by how delicious everything was. Another fantastic Long Table dinner at HoB last night. It’s not just the wonderful food (though that’s 5+ stars all on its own) but the wonderful warm community/family feeling chef Castro and his team creates that make these evenings so special. We’ve been going since they started and look forward to more wonderful years of them!
This was an amazing meal!! Great food beautifully presented. Killer dessert below.
