James Romero took my $4000 deposit in August of 2022 and promised me and my girlfriend in person that he would have my flatbed and front bumper done by October 2022. withholding review while my concerns are being addressed
Nothing but a scam took our deposit back in October 4th 2022, told us a 6-8 week turn around. Texted him week 7, no reply texted him and called him number of times no reply. Waited till after the new year texted him and called him again yet no reply. 2 1/2 weeks later finally got a text. Hasn’t even started on it. Just nothing but a run around. He promised me 4 months ago a refund and have yet received anything.
Never received anything from James, got my money back because I was lucky enough to pay with credit card and they got my money back. He acted like he was going to get bed built and then acted like he would refund he never did either, credit card company did. Talked with multiple other people having same issues. Waited over a year and never got anything, just lies, sent me pictures of beds that was suppose to be mine but never was, guy seems super nice even his wife was nice, but don’t waste your time or money.
