I had a bad hoarder problem and didn’t want to throw away things. A family member helped me come to terms with my problem and we came across this company. The professionalism and understanding of my condition was outstanding. They helped me with the process 1 step at a time and Dona reassured me over the phone that it will be good once the job is complete. The job is now done and I can now host parties. Something I’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t.

I talked to Hadas, and they said they would come on Friday, June 7, today. They never showed up for an estimate. They told me 10-1 pm and then said 5 pm. That is so unprofessional. Finally, they said 2:15 pm, and then she called me at 2:12 pm, saying that they had gone to Jesery JESERY. I am in the Bronx and I told them the address. This was very unprofessional.
