The doctor is okay but the staff who picks up the phone don’t have telephone manners, has no patience at all. I am not satisfied with her answer to my question about my insurance. It feels like you only get your answer if you come there and ask them, they don’t have time to answer the phone patiently and if you don’t talk fast or ask fast they will cut you and tell you to come even you do not know if you have to pay anything.
I called the office, asking if I could speak with Dr. Hoang Nguyen, and the receptionist replied frantically with a hint of paranoia: "Who are you? What do you want?" As if I was looking to lawyer up or something. Then she said, "The office is closed." As if she's not sitting in the office, taking my call during their usual office hours. I had to go through customer service with my insurance company who put Dr. Nguyen on the line. He eventually just hung up on me in a frenzy. The doctor is very nice, yet the receptionist and the office manager are very rude...Please doctor re-educate them and/or have them replaced.
