They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Although I had to wait 2 days to get an appt. I am glad I went here for two reasons. I had went to Lifetime Dental in Woodbridge the day before and was treated horribly by Dr. L Toyer, who not only lied to me right to my face, but also performed procedures on me while infected, HURTING me, made things worse, and said "Pain meds will not work when you have an infection." and gave me nothing for pain.
