14 Years I've had the displeasure of dealing with the incompetence and neglect. Ive been without a point of contact because they simply can't keep employees. Is that a red flag? Lol and my December check is late more than a month and now Jan is late. At least they are consistent
My husband recently went to the office to have questions answered. We have not had our emails returned in a timely manner. My husband was not greeted by a friendly smile or hello. The office staff instead made sure he knew they were monitoring social media and then handed him contact information to speak with someone else. Up until recently I was an hvac vendor for this company. That is until Shane Ray called me today for service on a unit we installed over a year ago that he said wasn't working. I told him that we were closed for a large project that I have my crews dedicated to. But if he had a warranty we'd honor it.
