GREED and no service. No answer, All they do is charge ridulous fines. They must use drones to spy on homeowner property. Cannot even leave a message on the local number. If you call the number on the invoice, you get someone out of the country who cannot help.

I have tried to work with Hoamco for over a year to resolve a gross violation of our Community Guidelines for La Entrada at Rancho Viejo in Santa Fe, NM. Every time I call our so-called Manager, Serenity Lucero, she is "away from her desk" and suggests I leave a message. She has never called me back. Today I got through to an Office Assistant who told me she was "out in the field." HA! We need to do away with Hoa I honestly dont see why we pay them they don’t do anything for my house or anyone’s at that matter our parks aren’t great at all for the kids also i see the people who go around cleaning up the front entrance and like the two houses in the front and putting new dog pick up bags if i’d say 55 dollars a month we can buy our own doggy bags for half the price the 15 years i’ve lived here something needs to change and I think doing away with Hoa would be the start because 1,100 a month on office supply... read more
