I call frequently to get info about different communities they manage and always get a call back within 24hrs, most of the time say day. I speak to Ariel frequently and she's always been helpful and pleasant.
I cannot justify giving them more than 1 star. Fees, fees, fees. It's all about the fees. Just ridiculous!
Avoid at all cost! UPDATE: Hoamco did not enforce government documents and cannot do simple accounting. Hoamco weaponized manager against members! Throw eggs and rotten tomatoes at these people! Doing busy work, have to look busy!
Go elsewhere. I could go on and on with our experiences, but simply put, Melanie is a disaster. Everyone in the office are very nice, but GOOD luck dealing with this woman. It’s been 10 years folks, TEN years dealing with this woman.
