We tried the ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. For our sides, we added bacon mac&cheese and potato salad. It was so YUMMY! We will be back. If you have not tried this place, you should!!!
Top tier BBQ, beats any BBQ I went to while I was in texas. Try this place out, amazing cook and very welcoming cashiers. All in all ribs were amazing, fell right off the bone, melts were amazing, mac and cheese is the best around town doesn't get any better then Hoakie Smokes #1
I picked up some ribs and brisket and both were fantastic. Also got the brisket mac and slaw sides. There's a few different bbq sauces to choose from as well as pickled jalapenos. I'm planning to try the sandwiches next, but for the straight up bbq it was top notch! Also the owner was a cool guy and fun to chat with. Be aware that currently this place is only open on Fridays during certain hours. Check the hours on google or the FB page to make sure he's open before going.
