I recently visited this jiu jitsu gym for the first time to train with my rugby team, and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming, clean, and professional. Shout-out HOA Jui Jitsu for hosting media rugby. Great instructor, and really taught a bunch of guys who have no idea what they're doing, how to be safe and controlled in a new setting.
We’ve had a great experience at HOA BJJ. Coach Tiago is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. The atmosphere is welcoming, and he’s been thoughtful and understanding with both me and my six-year-old daughter. It’s an awesome place to train.
HOA Jiu Jitsu is a great place to train. Solid instruction, positive vibe, and an all-around great group of guys. The gym clearly cares about its people. Highly recommend.
