I was a patient here for many years and never had problems. Last visit, they ran into some problems billing my insurance. Rather than help me get to the bottom of it, they were very rude and argumentative, then sent me a bill (which I immediately paid) even though they should have worked it out with my insurance.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hoaglin's for over 5 years. This morning I had a 8:50am appointment for a cleaning that I made a month and a half ago. I received a phone call a day prior to the appointment as a reminder. I arrived at 8:45 and filled out requested paperwork. Around 8:50, 2 hygienists came to the front; one assisting a patient and the other leading the receptionist back to an exam room.
