Always helpful and way less errors (i.e. none) with filling medications!
I had a deeply concerning experience with this pharmacy that could have had serious medical consequences. Without any notification or my consent, my birth control prescription was removed from autofill. I rely on those notifications to ensure I never miss a dose. Because I was not informed, I ran out of my medication on Sunday. When I came in to resolve the issue, I was told not only that my prescription had been taken off autofill, but also that the pharmacy was out of stock and unable to fill it. Hoagland Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used! Unlike traditional chains, they actually advocate for their patients. My specific dosage wasn't in stock, they proactively worked on my behalf to find a solution and guaranteed I’d be taken care of by tomorrow. Their customer service (Brittany) is professional, humanistic, and truly reliable. Highly recommended!
