I used Hoagburg for my braces that I had to get as an adult and then took my two daughters there for their treatment. Everyone is so kind and they worked really hard with us because we were moving out of state to ensure that the teeth were ready to get the braces off in time!
My daughter Loves Hoagburg in Auburn, IN. They are so kind to her and she looks forward to each appt. She enjoys earning points through games and wearing her Hoagburg shirt to each appt. We are always in and out in a snap, literally before her actual appt time even comes in many cases. Our first experience with an orthodontist and it has been great. With this being a big change for our pre teen they have made the transition smooth. As a busy mom I appreciate the texting communication and quick responses. My son had a bracket come off and they responded as soon as they opened to get him in and get it fixed. (Max Beall)
Hoagburg has been wonderful from the start. Dr Rachel is honest with the treatment plan and isn’t looking to sell you something you don’t need. Everyone is friendly and helpful throughout the process.
