I arrived 11 or 12 minutes late to my appointment; no more than that. It took several minutes to find a parking space however I own that one. After a 15-minute wait they called me over and told me we have a policy of a 10-minute grace period and have to cancel your appointment because you were more than 10 minutes late. Terrible place, called me 5 days before my appointment to tell my insurance didn’t go through and we will reschedule closest appointment is over a month out.
Was falling asleep everywhere since high school and at age 23 I couldn’t keep up with my grown up job after college. After 5 visits to doctors taking blood to check my thyroid and white cell levels, and iron etc… an urgent care doctor referred me to the Voltmer Sleep center where I met Dr. Puangco. Finally someone who believed me when I told them what I was going through. My primary care provider had said “some people are just sleepier than others”. I wish we would have check reviews before going to this place. My husband did the test at home in December and was told to come in April for the results. We had to cancel due to emergency and he was rescheduled in September. Not to mention that the first appointment before the test was way earlier that year. Almost 2 years for someone to tell him yes or no if he has apnea. ridiculous. Don't pick this place. They should not take new patients if so busy. And I wonder how come they are so busy with these kind of reviews.
