Beautiful facility with very nice and efficient staff
I had to bring my 2 yo in at 630 tonight and she was in pain, I was greeted with SO much kindness, empathy and calming assuring energy from the person who checked us in I immediately went from a panic frazzled 10 to a 5. She engaged my daughter, helped calm and comfort her with a Hoag teddy bear and some compliments on her Bluey pajamas. The wait wasnt long and once in the room the nurse came in and took my toddlers vitals and even coaxed out some laughter. My sister recommended this place to me so I drove a little further and it was worth it very clean very friendly. Very good. I definitely would go back.
The professionalism, friendliness & knowledge of everyone I dealt with was top-notch!! I will definitely visit this location again!
Clean and cozy office space. Wait time was very short, especially if you reserve a spot ahead of time online. And the PA I saw was thorough with her exam and explained everything and offered to answer. Any questions I had. Highly recommend Hoag urgent care.
