I was calling to this Urgent care about one of our employees who got hurt at work. One lady was nice and professional, she said that they are not providing any assistance for this case and will transfer to another representative. And when he spoke with me, he was so disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. Seems like he was so uncared about any people. Great Urgent Care center. The staff is professional and doctors have always been great.
My husband went in complaining about sharp pain in his ear, throat and tongue and the Dr was zero help, saying “a lot of people have been coming in for ear pain and the ear looks fine 😑.” He went in a second time the next day showing a sore on his head and the agonizing pain and she sent him home with ear drops and throat gargle. We sent a pic of the sore to his mom (a retired nurse) along with same description of pain and she’s like, it’s Shingles!
