EDIT: Changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. After not hearing from the office, a member of the Hoag administration team, Jeremiah, reached out to discuss this with me. He was understanding and apologetic for how it was handled and was able to work with me on the outstanding bill for the procedure. It's still unfortunate this had to occur to begin with, but I greatly appreciate the assistance from Jeremiah and the administration team at Hoag Pain. This review is with regards to the Center for Pain Management. I was a returning patient this May for a spine injection after a successful procedure a year before in 2025. At some point since my prior procedure, Hoag reclassified the injection as surgery because of their new medical space/location. At no point was this communicated to me despite knowing I'm returning for the exact same procedure. This resulted in the injection being billed 5x as much to my insurance company as compared to the procedure just a year prior, res... read more
Dr. Han is a amazing surgeon. I lost feeling in my foot and thanks to Dr. Han, my foot is back to normal. He did a fantastic job on my surgery and I am grateful to Dr. Han for acting so quickly. He really takes time with his patients and explains everything. Thank you Dr. Han for being so great in my time of need!
Dr. Jankowski did an amazing job on my 2 level lumbar fusion. No more back pain or stiffness! It feels wonderful to not feel like I’m 100 years old anymore!
Because of Dr Han my mom can walk again! My mother is having a speedy recovery because of an excellent surgeon. Thank you Dr Han you are the best!
