Had a water leak on resident side of the meter box. Called for service. Quoted me 2800 to redo plumbing and never even verified what the issue was or where the source of the leak was. Took it upon my self to explore and found just needed to replace a fitting on the other side of the meter box. Glad I took it upon myself to explore the problem. Went from 2800 dollars to less than 30 dollars.

Thanks for fixing my toilets , I got really high bill from the water company , and i found out that the water inside toilet water wouldn’t stop running , I didn’t know it would affect the water bill . Thank god , the problem has been fixed . You guys are awesome, and you are fast, I called you , you came in an hour . Thanks 😀
